Project lead for Search Project redesign and upgrade for AEM websites for ETH Zurich. Defined the project timeline, helped develop the search concept, managed the product development, performed beta testing and managed bug fixes in order to meeting product release.

Included the set up of the project planning and timeline, oversight for the development of the templates and components in the system, and performed the beta testing and managed the flow of bug tickets for the final product before the release.
Project manager for migration of over 800 websites from Silva to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system. Included the set up of the system architecture, creating protosite templates for various website types, organizing the migration of all websites into the system over an 18 month period and quality assurance of all websites before they go live.
